Wrongfully terminated over a year ago

hello, a year ago (almost 2) i was terminated on this account for a exploiting glitch that hackers used. they’d go in your game and put inappropriate animations triggering some kind of anti cheat and get you terminated. I tried to appeal but they didn’t do anything and after a month they said they wouldn’t do anything about it.

I’m still frustrated about it since I had many games, Robux & valuable items on it.

I mostly just made this post to spread awareness of Roblox’s support team being unhelpful, when it’s something they just don’t want to do anything about.

All I can say is keep contacting them in hope that someone there understands. Also I would even find a Youtube video explaining this issue that was going on and send it to them in hope they may view it and understand. (Sharkblox had a good video to explain this issue)

The solution is easy: Dial them

Yes, if you didn’t know, you can actually dial Roblox Coperation on (888)-858-2569.

Explain everything in a recorded message. A real Roblox employee will listen to your recorded message and make a decision.

Here’s a video of KreekCraft dialing Roblox to unban him. A few years ago he was banned for 3 days for uploading an ad that says ‘I love hot moms’, and though he was truthfully banned, Roblox unbanned him after he dialed them.

You can only dial them if you’re over 18. If you’re not, then they’ll just tell you to contact them via email, which doesn’t work.

If you’re not above 18, then you’ll have to have someone who sounds old to appeal beyond you. A close friend, a family member or someone you personally know.

Go dial them right now. Your chances of getting your account back are high, because it’s apparently not your fault. A real Roblox employee will look into the situation carefully and make a decision, which may be ‘unterminating your account’.

@EXPLOSION_KlNG’s solution might work too. Send them the link of SharkBlox’s video, and they might understand and unterminate you.

If the email method didn’t work, have someone who’s older than you to appeal on-phone beyond you.

Wow, I am so sorry to hear your situation. This is undoubtedly a frustrating situation, particularly considering the time and effort you’ve put into your account and games. It is difficult when other things are responsible for such occurrences.

If so, have you tried another time to contact Roblox support and/or did you tell your experience ahaead at the Developer Forum? And occasionally some publicity for these causes can help. It might be worthwhile to also check the community guidelines for updated information that may give you some context to make your appeal.

unless your a known person on here, they dont help at all, ive been on this platform for over 10 yrs and the support is one of the worst ive ever had
