Xbox addition Questions

I am planning on adding Hilton Hotels to Xbox, but first I have a couple Questions.

1. Can Xbox players play with mobile and pc players? I saw the cross-announcement but is it live yet?
2. How can I check if a player is on Xbox via scripts?
   (since at hilton you chat to get a room, I’ll just have Xbox players use the self check-in)
