Partial Neon Support for Special Meshes

I don’t necessarily need the glow for special meshes, but I like fact at low render settings Neon doesn’t get effected by tone shifting or shadows. Can we at least get that half for special meshes?

It’s not a problem with complexity, see CSG meshes for example. They support neon materials just fine. The thing with meshes is that they just don’t support materials at all (Aside from a change in specular… for some reason?) so it’d make more sense to just request support for materials on meshes instead.
