This is like a 1 in 20 occurrence, but its quite annoying to work with.
As you can see here, there should be a scroll bar.
Here is a GIF showing me clicking parts, and it shows the scrollbar only a few times.
The issue happens when you click on a part using the game screen rather than the explorer.

I’m having the same issue. I noticed that it does this whenever you select an item from the actual world rather than the explorer.

It’s been happening to me as well. I figured out clicking on the “Data” tab makes it re-appear for me.
