Using the Developer Stats "Data Export" Feature

Hey developers,

I noticed that the wiki page was empty on how to use the spreadsheet from the Data Export tab of Developer Stats, so I wrote up an article. Please check it out and let me know if it makes sense or if anything needs to be clarified. I wrote it specifically for Excel, but I can add a section for Google Sheets or OpenOffice if there is a demand.
