(1) Group Regulations

Regulations

To ensure a fun and friendly environment for everyone, we kindly ask all members to follow these regulations below.

  • Be respectful and kind: Treat others with respect, regardless of their background, or experience. This includes avoiding offensive language, bullying, harassment, or discrimination.

  • Maintain a positive environment: We encourage friendly and positive interactions. Gossiping, arguing, or creating drama are not tolerated.

  • Follow Roblox’s Community Guidelines: Remember, Roblox has its own rules that everyone needs to follow. You can find them here: https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/203313410-Roblox-Community-Standards

  • Use appropriate language: Avoid using abusive language, or making discriminatory comments.

  • No exploiting: This includes using glitches, exploits, admin abuse.

  • No begging: Don’t constantly ask for staff promotions, or beg staff to host sessions.

  • Listen to staff: Our staff members are here to help and ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please be respectful and follow their instructions.

Failing to follow these regulation’s may result in warnings, temporary bans, or even permanent removal from the group, depending on the severity of the offense.

Additional Notes: These regulations are subject to change at any time. We will try our best to notify everyone beforehand of any significant changes.

(4) Affiliate Information

Affiliate Information

Affiliates will enjoy benefits such as an Allied Representative role in our communications server, positive support from Àutumn, and the opportunity to collaborate on special events.

Affiliate Requirements:

To become an affiliate with Àutumn, you must meet the following requirements below:

  • Have at least 50+ group members in your Roblox Group.
  • Have at least 30 people in your Discord Server.
  • Promote Àutumn in a positive and professional manner.
  • Maintain a moderate level of engagement with your community.
  • Adhere to the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
  • Must have one representative join our group and communications server to represent your community.
  • Must be willing to announce anything requested/needed by our Public Relations Department.
  • Must have at least one establishment. (Establishment must not include any free models/stolen items.)

Affiliate Policies

Leadership Changes: Affiliates must inform Àutumn of any major leadership changes within their group. Failure to notify Àutumn promptly may lead to reassessment of the affiliation.

Significant Updates: Affiliates must disclose any significant updates or changes in their group’s policies, structure, or focus. Lack of transparency can result in a review and potential termination of the affiliation.

Active Participation: Affiliates are expected to actively participate in joint events and initiatives. Regular participation ensures a strong, active partnership. Consistent non-participation may lead to the termination of the affiliation.

Feedback Sessions: Affiliates should engage in periodic feedback sessions to discuss the effectiveness of the partnership, share insights, and suggest improvements. This helps maintain a healthy and collaborative relationship.

Event Promotion: Affiliates are required to actively promote Àutumn’s events on their platforms as requested. Failure to promote events when asked may lead to a formal review and potential suspension or termination of the affiliation.

Conflict Resolution: Affiliates must address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within their operations or with other affiliates in a timely and professional manner. Unresolved conflicts may lead to a formal review of the partnership.

Community Standards: Affiliates must ensure that their games foster a positive and respectful community. Violations of community standards or allowing toxic behavior can lead to a review and potential termination of the affiliation.

Drama/Conflicts: Engaging in drama or causing unnecessary conflict will not be tolerated. If any staff member or partner is caught participating in drama, a strike will be issued against the partnership. Repeated offenses may result in further disciplinary action or a potential termination of the partnership.

Staff Procedures

At Àutumn, we strive to create a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. Unfortunately, we may encounter individuals who engage in trolling or exploiting behavior. If you come across such situations, it is important to handle them appropriately.

1. Remain calm and composed: It’s natural to feel frustrated, but maintaining a calm demeanor and positive attitude is essential when dealing with such situations.

2. Gather evidence: Take screenshots or record videos of any trolling or exploiting incidents. This evidence will be valuable when reporting the situation to a HR member.

3. Contact a HR: If you encounter a troller or exploiter, reach out to a HR member immediately. They have the necessary powers and authority to handle these situations.

4. Provide detailed information: When contacting a HR member, provide them with a clear and concise description of the incident, along with any evidence you have collected. This will help them in taking appropriate action swiftly.

5. Follow instructions: HR members will guide you on the necessary steps to address the situation. It’s important to follow their instructions and cooperate fully to ensure the situation is taken care of appropriately.

    Being present and on time is vital for our bakery’s success. We expect our staff to maintain regular attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts and sessions. If you’re unable to attend, please notify the host as early as possible. This demonstrates respect for your fellow members and helps us keep our operations running smoothly.

Violation Consequence: Excessive inactivity or being absent for over 20 days without notification will lead to an instant removal from the team.

    Upholding a high standard of conduct is essential in creating a positive atmosphere at Àutumn. We expect all staff to treat each other and our customers with respect and kindness. This means avoiding any form of discrimination, harassment, or negative behavior. Violation Consequence: Inappropriate behavior may result in a warning or immediate removal from the group, depending on the severity of the conduct.

    Respecting the privacy of our customers and the details of our operations is crucial.     Following our bakery regulations and procedures is essential for ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. We expect all staff to adhere to established practices, as this consistency is key to creating enjoyable experiences for our customers and respecting our collective efforts.

Violation Consequence: Failing to adhere to guidelines may result in a warning, and if persistent, further disciplinary action.

  1. Requirements for High Ranks
    High ranks are expected to maintain regular attendance by completing their weekly requirements. Missing a week will result in a strike, and accumulating three strikes may lead to a demotion or potential removal from the team. It is essential for high ranks to actively contribute to our community.

Violation Consequence: Failure to meet these attendance requirements will lead to a strike, with three strikes resulting in potential demotion or removal from the team.

Here at Àutumn, we manage our operation in Four departments. Public Relations connects with customers, Staffing finds our sweetest bakers, Human Resources manages our staff and Presidential oversees the whole operation. Each plays a vital role, ensuring Àutumn continues to rise to the top!

(7) In-Game Punishments

In-Game Punishments:

At Àutumn, we have strict regulations against exploiting and trolling. Exploiting refers to the use of external programs or manipulation of game scripts to disrupt the intended gameplay.

Trolling involves engaging in disruptive or offensive behavior that negatively impacts the gameplay experience of others. We take these violations seriously and have consequences in place for players found participating in such behavior.

These consequences may include warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense. Our goal is to create a positive and enjoyable, safe environment for all players to enjoy.
