“Help Category” to change account region

Hi guys!

It’s quite off-topic, but Roblox Support really confuses me fr. And I need your help!

My situation is simply trying to change my account region (as I have moved to another country) and it requires me to find Roblox Support in order to change. However, the “Type of Help Category” is so vague for me, I don’t know what type exactly fits to my situation (I have attempted for 3 times, yet they’re denied)

I really appreciate your help especially if you also have been in the same situation or know about it, thx!

Yes! thats right, and thats how I get problem to contact with Roblox Support

Certain regions with special versions of roblox may have this limitation:
What region are you two in? (general, like country)

I’m in the US, but my location is set to China due to reasons

Hi! I have solved my problem btw!

I used to live in Vietnam until I have moved for few months… (which is right now they restricted me to only play the different Vietnamese Roblox version)

Nonetheless, I finally received Roblox support and I got my region changed!!!

To someone who also has experienced that situation, plz select to the correct help category:

“How to” > “How to - Change my location”
(it didn’t appear to me until few days ago, weirdly)
