This problem was fixed back in Oct 2022. But it seems to be happening again.
Not able to add new assets or update existing assets in Studio using the right-click on a model and the “Save to Roblox…” popup menu.
In the lower left of the “Save to Roblox” prompt page, you can find “Overwrite and existing asset…” looks like this:
It’s kind of hidden, and not a great userflow, but the functionality is there.
Hmmm. Still not there for me. I even resize the dialog, and it still looks like the screenshot from the original post. I uninstalled and reinstalling Studio, and it is still happening.

I just insert a part; right-click it to “Group as a Model”, then right-click the model and “Save to Roblox…”. And the link is not there.

Sorry, sorry, sorry. Apparently, you have to choose an “asset category”, then the link appears! Please close this case. Solved!
