CODE OF CONDUCT
● Swirlz aims to be inclusive, and friendly. Please treat everyone with kindness and respect. Failure to do so can lead to a ban and demotion.
● Wearing any offensive, triggering, or disruptive avatars is not permitted and you will be given 2 minutes to change before a ban and demotion.
● Bypassing by any way is not permitted and will lead to a permanent ban and demotion.
● Exploiting, Hacking, Or doxing will lead to a permanent ban and demotion.
● Do not advertise your group, game, or services. Doing this will lead to a warning and then a permanent ban and demotion.
● Causing drama is not permitted at Swirlz and can lead to a permeant ban and demotion.

RANK INFORMATION
Low Ranks [Trainee → Head Barista]
Low Ranks are in charge of working at the registers, taking peoples orders, working in the kitchen, and helping customers.
Middle Ranks [Staff Assistant → Board Of Directors]
Middle Ranks are in charge of moderating the cafe, dealing with disruptive guests, and helping out with trainings
High Ranks [Executive Assistant → Senior Executive]
High ranks are in charge of handing out punishments, hosting trainings, hosting shifts, and moderating the cafe
Super High Ranks [Chief Human Recourses Officer → Chief Operations Officer]
Super High Ranks are in charge of logging the activity of lower ranks, helping with the group, handing out punishments, and promoting and demoting people.
Presidential Ranks [Vice President → President]
Presidential Ranks are the founders of the group and manage the whole group.

Wanting to ally with Swirlz? You must meet the requirements below
● Your establishment must have 50 or more members. This will change overtime.
● Your establishment must follow Roblox TOS.
● Your establishment must have a good reputation
● Your establishment must not have any botted members
● Your establishment is required to announce Swirlz Events.
● Your establishment is required to send over 2 ally representatives.

Wanting to rank up? Your in the right place! At trainings, you can train to become a higher rank than your current rank. You are eligible train all the way up to Head Barista. Training times are located Below.

Promotion Information
Wanting to get promoted? Well your in the right place. To get promoted you will have to work very hard at the cafe, and get noticed by an HR. Another option is to apply to one of the ranks in our communications server.

Got banned? Want to appeal? Your in the right place. Swirlz offers ban appeals. You may place an appeal 2 weeks after your ban.
You can appeal in the communications server by creating an appeal ticket.
