BlockBites is a restaurant group owned by Jaydeniamrich2 (President) and co-owned by 123456789_charliey5 (Vice President). Our goal is to create an exceptional dining experience for our members and guests, fostering a community where friendships are formed and positivity thrives. This document provides essential links and information for Group Members, allowing you to find answers before contacting a Staff Member. Guidelines

  • Adhere to both BlockBites’ rules and ROBLOX Terms Of Service.
  • Always respect all members. Bullying will not be tolerated.
  • Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, ethnicity, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. Treat others as you wish to be treated.
  • No refunds will be issued for gamepasses and developer products purchased.
  • Bypassing the chat filter to use inappropriate language is not allowed.
  • Self-advertising or promoting on Blockdonalds’ platforms is prohibited.
  • Discussions of morbid 18+ topics are forbidden.
  • Disrespecting Staff Members is not tolerated.
  • Exploitation on any open server is strictly prohibited.
  • Violating any of these rules will result in consequences.

Low Ranks are expected to issue one warning to individuals breaking these guidelines before reporting to a Staff Assistant+.

Low Ranks

  1. Customer
  • General community members of Blockdonalds.
  1. Noted Customer
  • Customers with special significance to BlockBites, such as those who have donated or contributed significantly.
  1. Trainee
  • New members who have passed the in-game quiz at the Application Center. They must attend and pass a Training Session to become a Junior Team Member.
  1. Junior Team Member
  • Entry-level staff who are learning the ropes and starting to work in the restaurant.
  1. Senior Team Member
  • More experienced staff who have shown proficiency and dedication in their role.
  1. Kitchen Leader
  • Experts in all tasks within the restaurant. They oversee staff, ensure proper operation, and assist where needed.

Middle Ranks

  1. Corporate Intern
  • Members who are being prepared to move into a Corporate role. They undergo certification and training.
  1. Junior Corporate
  • Initial Corporate role with responsibilities including assisting in managing restaurant operations and staff.
  1. Senior Corporate
  • Experienced Corporate staff who have demonstrated leadership and management skills.
  1. Head Corporate
  • Oversees the Corporate team, ensuring smooth operations and handling higher-level responsibilities.
  1. Management Intern
  • New members of the Management Team who are undergoing a certification process to become a full Management Member.
  1. Assistant Supervisor
  • Assists in overseeing staff and operations, helps with training sessions, and manages daily tasks.
  1. Assistant Manager
  • Provides support to the General Manager, hosts community events, and handles higher-level administrative tasks.
  1. General Manager
  • Manages restaurant operations, supervises staff, and ensures overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Executive Ranks

  1. Employment Director
  • Manages hiring, promotions, demotions, and oversees staff member progress and applications.
  1. Coordinations Coordinator
  • Manages alliances, community events, and ensures positive relationships with partners and within the community.
  1. Head Developer
  • Leads the development team, overseeing major updates and improvements to Blockdonalds’ platforms.
  1. Developer
  • Contributes to the development and enhancement of Blockdonalds’ ROBLOX platforms.
  1. Executive Assistant
  • Assists the President and Vice President in strategic planning and day-to-day operations.
  1. Vice President
  • Co-owner responsible for supporting the President in all aspects of the business and operations.
  1. President
  • Owner of Blockdonalds, overseeing all operations and focusing primarily on development and overall management.

Training

General Information & Tips

  • To advance from Trainee to higher ranks, you must attend and pass Training Sessions.
  • Training sessions are held daily. Arrive 10 minutes early and stay the entire session to avoid being removed.
  • Sessions include various stages depending on your rank, such as Basic Knowledge, Ordering Simulation, and Trolling Simulation.
  • Achieve the required points to pass and advance to the next rank.

  • Weekdays: (Monday - Friday)
    12 AM GMT, 4 AM GMT, 8 AM GMT 12 PM GMT, 4 PM GMT, 8 PM GMT
  • Weekends: (Saturday - Sunday)
    1 AM GMT, 4 AM GMT, 7 AM GMT, 10 AM GMT, 1 PM GMT, 4 PM GMT, 7 PM GMT, 10 PM GMT

Promotion Guide

Customer → Trainee

  • Pass the quiz at the Application Center in the BlockBites main game.

Trainee → Junior Team Member

  • Attend and pass a Training Session.

Junior Team Member → Senior Team Member

  • Attend and pass a Training Session.

Senior Team Member → Kitchen Leader

  • Attend and pass a Training Session.

Kitchen Leader Expectations

  • Display maturity, leadership, respect, and professionalism. Regular activity and a positive attitude are essential.

Not Expected from a Kitchen Leader

  • Seeking attention, acting superior, or engaging in toxic behavior will hinder your chances for promotion.

Affiliate Information

Alliance Requirements

  • Minimum of 25 unbotted Group members and 50 unbotted Discord members.
  • Professional, organized, and active establishment with a good reputation.
  • No selling of gamepasses with administrative powers.
  • One available representative for the alliance.

Alliance Expectations

  • Announce BlockBites’ events on your Communications Server within 72 hours if requested.
  • Collaborate with Blockdonalds at least twice within a year.
  • Maintain professionalism and respect on all Blockdonalds platforms.

Application Rules

  • Use proper grammar and professionalism. Include detailed answers to each question in a Google document.
  • Submit the application to a member of the Public Relations Department.

Application Questionnaire

  1. What is the name of your group and how would you describe your establishment? (Include links to your Roblox group and Discord Server.)
  2. What makes your establishment stand out from other groups?
  3. How would you describe the overall activity of your establishment?
  4. How can our alliance benefit your group and Blockdonalds?
  5. What expectations do you have for our group if the alliance is formed?
  6. Does your establishment have restrictions on announcements? If so, please elaborate.

Ban/Termination Appeal

If you’ve been banned or terminated and believe it was a mistake:

  • Fill out the Ban Appeal Form with detailed information.
  • You will receive a response within 30 days from “BlockBites Management” if your appeal is approved.

Ban Appeal Form: Will be listed in our discord server.

Blacklists

Blacklists may be issued for:

  • Disrespect or unprofessional behavior
  • Abusing commands
  • Impersonation
  • Hinting for promotions
  • Lying about ranks

Appeal Requirements:

  • Blacklisted for at least one week
  • Submit a 5+ sentence appeal using proper grammar
  • Not banned from Discord/Restaurant
  • Not permanently blacklisted

To Appeal:

  • Message a Human Resource Director+ with answers to:
    1. Why were you blacklisted? Explain.
    2. What are some ways to improve upon your mistakes?
    3. Why should we unblacklist you?
    4. If unblacklisted, how will you act?

Decisions usually take at least a week. Appeals can be made twice after an initial denial.

Management Hiring Process

From Kitchen Leader to Management Intern:

  • Complete the Middle Rank Hiring Process, which includes pre-qualification requirements. Recruitment or rare applications may be available.

Further Hiring Information:

  • It is recommended to be recruited rather than wait for an application. Detailed information on the Middle Rank Hiring Process will be provided.

Management Duties:

  • Includes supervising staff, attending Training Sessions, and maintaining professionalism and activity.

Certification Trial:

  • After being promoted to Management Intern, complete the Certification Trial. Maintain professionalism and fulfill duties.

  • Why can’t I enter the kitchen as a Trainee?: You need to pass a Training Session to work in the kitchen.
