Departments

The staff and executives of De Daglander work together in a few different departments.
All departments (except executive departments) have the same permissions, this is because we believe that departments can help each other when needed. As stated in the staff handbook:

We will explain the departments in two separate parts: one for staff and one for executives.

Staff Departments

Staff Assistants assist different departments without a structure, that is why they don’t have an own department.
If you are staff you should always follow up the staff handbook and the handbook for your department, do not handle on the information that is stated here!

Moderator: Moderators are responsible to make sure all members have a nice time at/in our properties, so they warn people that break our Community Guidelines and take action against people when they don’t follow up the warnings they received.
Recruiter: Recruiters make sure the community doesn’t stop growing, they host recruiting sessions or help at recruiting sessions when there is already one being hosted by someone else.
Community Engagement: Community Engagement staff give our community the best experience by hosting events, engaging on the group shout, talking on the group wall, playing our group games with members and anything else that improves the experience of our community.

Executive Departments

Head of Staff: Head of Staff executives handle received complaints about staff, take care of appeals against moderation actions and they hire, train, interview and do anything else related to our staff. They are also responsible for the payouts of staff. The Head of Staff department uses the guidelines that are created by Board of Directors, so complaints about the amount of Robux in your payout belong to the Board of Directors.
Head of Operations: Head of Operations executives have a heavy responsibility because they keep the virtual hearth of all our operations active. They must make sure the community has an amazing experience at De Daglander and they are also responsible for the growth of our community.
Board of Directors: The people in this department are responsible for our executive team. They also handle complaints about people in the executive team received from staff.
The Board of Directors is also the manager of the payouts. They also take care of fraud in the payout system.
(Vice) Chairman: Mees (Chairman) and Cas (Vice Chairman) are the leaders of De Daglander. They assist executives and staff with their tasks and also are responsible for selecting people for the Board of Directors department. They also handle complaints about people in the Board of Directors.
