Introduction
By utilising this guide, you will gain a better overview on our standards and expectations for Atlas Resorts. Once you become MR or higher: other ranks will look up to you & it is best to set a good example. Expectations & Guidelines
While being MR and above, you are expected to use grammar. This involves spelling and punctuation, you can always correct any grammatical mistakes you make. You will be expected to supervise our Staff members, and work when possible such as the reception. Most importantly, you are required to deal with users who cross our lines - punishing them with warnings & non-abusive commands.

Ensure to utilise our communication server for reporting users, it is checked daily & we have a dedicated category for reports. We also offer a lounge for you to chat with other members of your team. As a MR, we’d expect for you to try join our communication server which can be found on our social links. Most importantly, we expect good activity & professionalism.


Disruptive Users
[TROLLERS] To deal with a troller, you should start by giving them warnings until they hit a total of three. They should not be crowded, or given attention as it fuels them. Once the troller has hit a total of three warnings, you are required to kick them out of the game with a valid kick reason. If a troller is bypassing the chat or is being racist - you can instantly remove them from the game. We kindly request for you to report common/major trollers by using our communications server - then we can permanently ban them from our services. If you are rude or unprofessional while handling a troller - you may be given a punishment such as a suspension, or even a demotion. Last of all, if a troller has hit 3 or more kicks - you can ask an available HR to server ban them from the game.

[EXPLOITERS] When discovering an exploiter, please remain calm. Do not cause chaos, you can private message other members of Staff for help you may require. Try to take clear evidence of the exploiting with their username visible, you could view them to help. It is highly unrecommended to teleport to an exploiter - they may leave or make the situation worse. Exploiters do not need to be warned, they can be instantly banned by asking an available HR. If there is no available HR, you can continue to kick them with a reason to your command. With your evidence, please make sure to fill out the report form on our communications server.

[SPAMMERS/RAIDS] Any raiders or spammers should be handled as quickly as possible, it ruins the experience for all our users. You can instantly kick the user, but we recommend finding an available HR when possible to ban them. Do not feed them attention, act fast to solve the situation. You can always request backup on our communications server, and we would wish for evidence to be taken for report filing.


Demotions & Suspensions
We will handle any disruptive Staff by temporarily suspending them, or demoting them. In some scenarios, we may even believe it is best to permanently ban you from our services.

Disrespect, abuse, unprofessionalism, advertising, impersonation, hinting, lacking common sense or being immature: these are major factors that will get you punished.
