This deployment is going to be a second attempt at the changes we had to rollback from our 9/16 DevHub Scheduled Maintenance.
While we are doing our code deployment within this window, you may not see changes for up to the next 24 hours as we will be doing a rolling invalidation of our cache rather than invalidating the whole site at once. This should help address memory issues you saw that caused us to roll back last time!
