About the Job
Pioneer Studios is currently looking for a talented custom rig animator to join our adventure in creating the future of front-page games on Roblox. It will be your job to discuss, plan and implement ideas following the team’s intentions ( LONG-TERM POSITION ). The model you will be required to animate will be a rigged monkey who’s tail will need to be also animated. -
We are willing to adapt to any special needs and/or requests in order to help provide the best work environment for you to ensure you are comfortable and most importantly, happy!
We are specifically looking for: A Custom Rig Animator 
Requirements:
Must have a Discord account.
Must be 13 years or older.
Must have free time.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must be fluent in English.
Access to a Microphone and be able to work in calls.
Must have extensive experience in a given skill, 2 years as a minimum.
Developer Forum Portfolio with Vouches/Reviews.
Nice haves:
You are 18 years or older.
Have personal and/or professional projects related to Roblox.
Have a Diploma in your given domain.
Have prior experience in other big titles that reach more than 10 million visits.
Have a community to promote our projects!

Payment

Base payment: 3,000 
, this is the amount of robux you will guarantee to obtain after you have completed the per assigned tasks. (May vary on the task) -
Milestone payment: 6,000 - 11,000 or MORE , this is the amount of Robux that you could obtain per milestone on a bi/tri-weekly basis based on performance, team cohesion, response to task, speed at which you are able to complete the assigned tasks. -
Additional Payment: All developers are entitled to a possible bonus payment at the end / percentage bonus of project profits, determined by management. -
Percentage payment: %'s will vary on the job and task. We are open to giving a % to developers who join our team
