Introduction

Salutations, welcome to the official Holiday Hotels (& Resorts) Public Handbook.
Holiday Hotels & Resorts was founded by tyler4955 in 2018 and is currently owned by L_ntxrn and WhereLexi. Holiday Hotels provides wonderful services to everybody such as friendly service, wonderful rooms, and an amazing hotel; We stand by our motto, “Luxury at its finest”. Our staff team is made up of several ranks which include Low Ranks, Middle Ranks, High Ranks, Senior High Ranks, and finally Executive Senior High Rank.


Community Rules

Holiday Hotels Community Rules

All the rules that are located here are rules required for all guests and staff are required to follow when in the communications server and all group games.

  1. Exploiting or glitching will not be allowed at Holiday Hotels and if we find you doing so, you will be Trello Banned.
  2. Raiding will not be allowed and if you are caught raiding/suspected raiding will be Trello Banned and banned in the Communications server.
  3. Rudeness towards anyone at the hotel can result in a warning or if the user is a staff member, they may possibly be suspended or demoted.
  4. Bypassing the Roblox chat filter is not allowed. This also includes abbreviations which include, but are not limited to ‘tf’, ‘lmao’ and ‘wtf’.
  5. Trolling is unacceptable and if you are found trolling you will go through the warning system or if the user is a staff member, they will be terminated and Trello Banned.
  6. Drama is not allowed. Causing drama at the hotel or communications server can result in a Trello Ban an a ban in the communications server.

The rules below are more aimed for staff, but can result in actions being taken on guests also.

  1. All ranks need to be active in order to comply with the weekly quota failure to do so will result in strikes given. If given three strikes, you will be demoted from Holiday Hotels.
  2. All staff members are required to use grammar. Any staff member refusing to use grammar will result in a demotion.
  3. Admin abuse in anyway will result in a suspension or demotion depending on the severity of the situation.
  4. Trolling at alliances with Holiday Hotels will result in a Trello ban and termination from Holiday Hotels.
  5. MR+ are recommended to have a Hyra account to create inactivity notices and receive important announcements on your feed.

Rank Donation Rules

  1. If you re-rank yourself after being demoted will result in a demotion and Trello Ban unless you re-buy your rank.
  2. When buying a rank, you are required to follow all rules – No exceptions.
  3. You can still be terminated even though you brought your rank.
  4. If you have bought an MR+ rank you are recommended to create a Hyra account so you can request an activity notice and get important announcements.
  5. If you have bought a HR+ rank you are required to have a Discord account and be in the Communications Server. Failure to have a Discord account and failure to be in the Communications Server will result in a demotion to the highest MR rank.
  6. As this is a donation which gets you the rank, there are no refunds.

Rank Descriptions

Hotel Guest
A hotel guest is self-explanatory – Visit the hotel, get a room, visit the pool, and so on. At this rank, you are able to apply for a position at the Job Centre.

Noted Guest
This rank is only given to certain users in the Roblox community as there is several ways of getting this rank. If you believe you should have this rank, we recommend contacting an ESHR; contact details can be near the bottom of the handbook. A number of reasons you can obtain the “Noted Guest” rank are as followed:

  • Resigned former SHR+ - If a former SHR+ applied to work at Holiday Hotels again, they would have to work up to SHR+ to regain the rank.
  • Contributor to the group
  • Owner/Co-Owner of a known group

Suspended
This rank is only given to staff who have broken rules as a staff member and is not severe. This rank will only be given to MR+ as LR’s would automatically be demoted as it isn’t particularly a hard to get. They will only be suspended for a certain period of time. If an MR+ are suspended multiple times, we believe they are not staff material and they will be demoted.

Allied Representative
As a Allied Representative, these users represent their group who is allied with us. This cannot be obtained by anyone unless they represent a one of our allies. If you would like to become allied with Holiday Hotels, check out our Alliance Requirements (Coming Soon).

Trainee
The role of a trainee is to attend a training session and work at reception or customer service. As a trainee, you are expected to follow the rules, failure to do so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Receptionist
As a receptionist, you are suppose to check people in and out of rooms and earn points by serving customers. Receptionists are also able to assist at trainings and work at customer service. As a receptionist, you are expected to follow the rules, failure to do so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Security
The role of a Security is to patrol the hotel and make sure that the hotel is safe from trollers and exploiters. Security is also able to work at customer service to assist customers and assist at trainings. As a security, you are expected to follow the rules, failure to do so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Staff Assistant
Staff Assistants, who are the first Medium Rank, are able to train staff at training sessions. Staff Assistances are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Assistant Supervisor
Assistant Supervisors, who are the second Medium Rank, are able to train staff at training sessions. Assistant Supervisors are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Supervisor
Supervisors, who are the third Medium Rank, are able to train staff at training sessions. Supervisors are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Junior Manager
Junior Managers, who are the first High Rank, are required to host shifts for staff to attend. Junior Managers are also able to train staff at training sessions. Junior Managers are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

General Manager
General Managers, who are the second High Rank, are able to host shifts for staff to attend and training sessions for trainees to attend. General Managers are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Senior Manager
Senior Managers, who are the third High Rank, are able to host shifts for staff to attend and training sessions for trainees to attend. Senior Managers are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Relation Director
Relations Directors, who are the first Senior High Rank, make sure that staff are completing the weekly quota. Relation Directors also accept or deny inactivity notices. Relation Directors are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Administration Intern
Administration Interns, who are the second Senior High Rank, make sure that staff are completing the weekly quota. Administration Interns also accept or deny inactivity notices. Administration Interns are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Administration Team
Administration Team, who are the third Senior High Rank, make sure that staff are completing the weekly quota. Administration Team also accept or deny inactivity notices. Administration Team are required to be professional, utilize grammar and follow all rules at all times. Not doing so may require a demotion and Trello Ban.

Development Team
The development team is the builders and scripters who are actively working on group games. These do not officially work at the hotel as a worker but deserve as much respect as everyone else. The development team are not required to complete a quota.

Staff Director
Staff Directors, who are the first Executive Senior High Rank, make sure that SHR are doing their job and marking everyone correctly on Hyra. Staff Directors are not required to complete a weekly quota.

Group Director
Group Directors, who are the second Executive Senior High Rank, make sure the group is in running order. Group Directors are not required to complete a weekly quota.

Co-Owner
Co-Owner, who is the third Executive Senior High Rank, have a lot of responsibility and is the person who owns the group beside the owner. They have access to everything, can run ads, and they also make sure that handbooks, descriptions, and logos are all updated.

Owner
Owner, who is the fourth Executive Senior High Rank, own and run the group entirely. They do everything for the group.

Session Times

To prevent confusion, we have created set times for training sessions to be hosted by staff. This only goes for training as shifts can happen at any time. General Managers will have to claim sessions on the Session Trello Board, which is public and anyone can see, but only members can claim sessions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a trainee?
• In order to become a trainee, you need to join the group and the head over to the Job Centre and then apply for trainee. If you get 15/20 questions correct, you will pass and be automatically ranked to trainee.

How do I rank up to Security/Receptionist?
• To rank up from trainee and rank up to Security/Receptionist, head over to the Training Centre and attend a training session. Training times are in the section ‘Session times’ of the handbook and in the Training Centre game description.

How do I get a higher rank than LR?
• You are able to get a higher rank than LR by working hard and being dedicated to your job. If we believe you suit the position of a higher rank, you may be promoted.

How can I become an alliance with Holiday Hotels?
• In order to become an alliance with Holiday Hotels, you are required to read the alliance requirements and if you meet them, you are welcome to apply to become an alliance with us. In order to apply to become affiliated with us, you can contact a member of the Public Relations Department; See the ‘Contact Details’ section of the handbook.

How do I report a guest or staff member?

  • To report a guest or staff member, you can join our Communications Server and head over to the report the channels.
