does smoking a cigarette make the game 17+ if it’s apart of an npc’s character design?
As far as I am aware smoking is not allowed in roblox at all, even 17+ games.

i’ve read this but an unplayable character’s design isn’t an incentive. i’ll just not include it
I mean the sentence above says “However, we prohibit users from discussing, depicting, or promoting…”
So I wouldn’t risk it.
