About Us
We’re Polaris Studios, a medium-sized development group best known for Pet Heroes and Wizard Simulator. The studio is owned jointly by myself and @WisdomClock.
We are currently maintaining Pet Heroes, and we are looking to bring a new 3d modeler onto the team to speed up updates.
About The Job
We are looking for a talented and experienced 3D modeler to join the team full time. We expect quick work that fits with the style of the game, and we will be paying a monthly wage rather than on a per-asset basis. You will be working collaboratively with us, and any other staff we on-board.
Qualities we are looking for are:
- Familiarity with optimised and low-poly design
- Ability to work quickly
- Creativity
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of rendering models for in-game icons
- Experience on the Roblox platform
These are not requirements but will aid in your selection.
You will mostly be working on pet models, but there will be general environment design mixed in. We are also looking for someone who can be creative and won’t need micro-managing: you will have opportunities to design your own pets and worlds, etc.

Payment
We are offering up to 1M (devexable) robux per month. This can be paid out directly through group funds, or if you’d rather USD we can organise a bank transfer or a payment with revolut, paypal, or equivalent.
