1st and 2nd official low poly builds

So I was fooling around and I made this I know that it’s horrendous but I just wanted to lighten the mood!

I love the gentle feel of this build. The flowers tilted and the shadows of the trees. A great picture to lighten someones mood. Great job.

The flowers look great. The trees are a bit plain, and have a clipping issue right here:
Also, the branches and the trunk styles don’t match. One is made of cube parts, and the other cylinders. I would make the trunk using cubes instead of trying to align cylinders on the small branch.

Make the tree branch a bit taller don’t want anybody getting a concussion while they are walking underneath of the branch.

I can’t actually tell if those are cylinders or cubes for the trunk so sorry if I sounded like an idiot.

Well it’s a simplistic design if that’s what your wanting to achieve, i sort of like the blocky approach with a cartoony feel.

I think there should be more of a unique shape to the trunk possibly add some branches going different angles around the entire tree. The branches could be a little sized in so it doesn’t a part like shape, but it could be much taller, try making the parts have the correct shape as well make them out of cylinders with different parts connected. The leaves look a bit unnatural. I think you could add more branches at different heights and angles.

Otherwise it’s a alright start, I’m assuming it was just something you wanted to do for fun?

This is good for your first and second build! You should try to get familiar with blender. It’s a 3D modeling software.You can make way better trees and other models! Here’s a video that you can start out with.
