I recently had made some nice looking assets, but the problem is that I can’t use them, because Roblox Studio doesn’t support using 2 pbr textures on a single mesh as some other engines do according to the modeler. Is there any workarounds, or am I missing something.

try split the mesh into two, that’s probably the only method right now

Why don’t you make those two texture maps into one texture so you can import it as one mesh this is called texture baking if you want to see a tutorial.
