A clear understanding of User Experience Design (UX).
To make it very clear and understood by myself and others; how many hours will the UI Designer work a day? It says that we must work 20 hours a week, though is that the minimum amount of hours that they’d work? Is it an actual job as in, would I or someone else work 8 hours a day? 20 hours a weeks minimum expected is fine, though if that’s the most the UI Designer would work in the week then they wouldn’t be making much money themselves if it’s just work on a “we need this right now-basis.”
When are they expected to start?
Any additional compensations of any sort?
For anyone who does Roblox Game Development as a full-time job, this can be quite dangerous if anyone took the job expecting to work full hours in return for a solid monthly income $. I just want to know the more specifics.
Why would you want someone who is only able to invest half their time though? I mean personally for me this would be impossible for me to manage on top of other commissions–it just can’t be done, and even if it were to be done it might not be to it’s fullest standards–whatever the task at hand is.
The only way I would be able to take the job is if I was guaranteed 40 hours a week, every week, of every month. This would actually allow me to drop my commissions since I’d have a stable job with stable income.
Why are UI Designers expected to work such small hours? 10-20 hours would probably take up as much as a quick wireframe sketch of maybe more than half of a game’s mobile UI layout.
You’re misunderstanding, we expect that minimum. We would prefer work done be a regular 30-40 hours a week if possible. It’s up the UI designer how they want to leverage their time.
