Animations bugging out in studio playtest only

Hello devs,
I’ve been experiencing a weird behavior recently with animations in my game, which didn’t happen before. It seems to be bugging out whenever I play or stop an animation, and it’s just happening in studio playtest, not the normal roblox servers. Here’s a video of it:

I haven’t changed any of the scripts, in fact, I opened a backup file I made about a month ago and the problem is there too…
I’ve also seen a recent post regarding animation transitions and I tried adding a specific attribute in workspace (that apparently fixed the issue for the original poster) but it didn’t work for me.

My best guess is that the new animation scaling feature is causing this, but I’m not sure (because the problem is only in roblox studio, and the update is only available there)

Any ideas on what I can do?

I’ve been having a similar issue. The animation doesn’t stop after it completes, it bugs other animations for a few seconds.

Do you know why it could be happening?
Let me know if you find a fix please

Actually, I do have a fix, but I have no idea why it’s happening.

Simply revert the animation version to before it was happening. Done!

I didn’t update any animations, it’s also happening with the backup I made a month ago, and everything was working fine until today (I haven’t checked in a few days)
I don’t think it’s an animation problem since I have 20+ animations and it’s happening with all of them

this is unlikely to be the case but, ur not trying to play the animation both on local script and normal script right?

nope, I’m only playing them locally.

it may not be a satisfying solution and its not even a solution but, if it works in real game and it doesnt affect ur studio experience that much, its alright i guess

Yeah, that’s what I’m doing for now… I really hope I can find a solution to this, though

Still haven’t found a solution, and it’s quite annoying to have to test on the real game to see if animations work… Is there any way to remove the animation scaling feature?
