im unable to purchase ugc limiteds from inside a game
it says purchase failed beacause something went wrong this is annoying because i wanna make a ugc limited hangout

I don’t think it’s possible to sell/buy limiteds through a game because they don’t have a stable/fixed value as limiteds are sold directly to the seller.
So basically, when you buy a limited, the person selling the limited with the lowest price is the price that will be displayed for that specific limited in the roblox catalog.
Embedding it into the game wouldn’t be possible since it’s not really 1 specific avatar item going to a certain someone (owner/lowest price keeps changing after people buy it).
EDIT: Roblox also doesn’t allow you to buy limiteds in game (for example you click on a person’s avatar in the leaderboard menu and click to buy their avatar item. It would say “offsale” or cannot buy for limiteds)

This issue is still relevant. As you can see from this video the purchase failed. Other limited UGCs was also tried but to no success. The “Allow Third-Party Sales” is also enabled so I don’t know why this is happening. I was wondering if the feature was “temporarily” disabled by a Roblox staff so I would like to get this cleared out. Thank you.
