Unable to join group

please don’t kill me, i know this isn’t the right category but it’s unbelievable this problem has been around for several years.

It basically says “Unable to join group.” when joining any group. Support isn’t helping and i couldn’t find any working solution.

In the web console, it’s returning a 500 InternalServerError.
The same happens on phone, microsoft store, chrome, opera, edge, universal and even other accounts.

please like this to make this post reach the higher ups

Does it only occur on a particular:

  • Account?
  • Group?

Also, you can submit a bug report without regular rank by sending a correctly formatting DM to @Bug-Support.

all accounts, all groups, all devices, all networks. i already contacted roblox support via email but it’s been a lot since last response, will try dm’ing too
