2D Walking Robot using Inverse Kinematics & Guis

Hey!

I am back with another creation. Today I created a Robot using only Guis and Inverse Kinematics! Its purely frames moving in order and not a sprite sheet. How it works is fairly simple. Limbs have their anchors as well as targets. I move the targets in such a way that it produces a walking animation using IK.

Its not the smoothest walking robot ever since I lazily made the Movement of the targets. I’ll improve upon that someday.

The game:

Feedback, suggestions and questions are welcome!

Thanks!

Thats a really cool creation ! Could be used in a loading screen

It can be (I don’t know who’d spend days making a loading screen that has a robot), but it isn’t and isn’t meant to be a loading screen. I’ll make it more natural to make an actual 2D game with it like Stickman.

If done properly, that would be awesome.

The loading was just a suggestion
