2FA not sending email. Roblox Support unhelpful

I want to be able to log into my account that I have had since 2010. I have not been able to log in as my email is not getting the 2FA code. I have followed the instructions given to me by roblox support yet 2FA is still not working.

My email matches and is the one I used to contact roblox support:

Support just repeated to follow the same exact steps that aren’t working for me.

I checked all folders, added the email to contact, and created a filter/whitelist

I am wondering how I can get the help I need to keep my account and not get locked out if my pc ever logs out of roblox and be able to log into other devices.

The only advice I’ve got for you is to see if your email provider is having any issues on their end and to double, triple, quadruple check that the email is the same on your roblox account and that you don’t have any other email address (s) that start similarly.
