I am looking for an experienced Builder with 2+ years of experience in low-poly and modernism designs that are able to successfully build a large cafe game.
(We have a Modeler if needed.)

I am paying up to 300K R$. We will agree on a price before you start… If you are a reputable Builder I am willing to pay 25% up front. Our preferred payment method is Robux. We will offer a contract for you to sign that will guarantee payment for the assets you’ve created.
