3D Builder vs Blender?

So I am trying to find a way to start modeling meshes for a game (because some shapes aren’t possible in Roblox Studio). Many builders seem to be using Blender, but I find Blender to be very difficult to use. 3D Builder seems way more user-friendly than Blender, so should I stick with 3D Builder, despite the lack of resources for learning it, or should I just use the already so-popular Blender?

As a modeler yes I am biased but if you want to go further into game development Blender may be the next step you may or may not want to make. Making meshes is really fun in my opinion.

Yeah, I’m just trying to make a cartoony building, not deeply detailed stuff like hair.

I am reading this post and it is helping a lot with what I am looking for. I’ll just use Blender for the small itty bitty details, like twisting shapes around.

Thanks for the advice!

I highly encourage you to use Blender. It has a ton of resources that can help you learn, you just need to take some time out of your day each day to learn and you will be able to make complex shapes and parts with ease, which will improve your workflow. The reason blender is commended highly is because it is so useful and full of features yet it’s easy to learn, just takes some effort to watch a few tutorials.

I personally suggested blender more, cuz it has more functions.
I suggested you to learn all the tools (~13 tools) in edit mode, that’s enough for you to make a good model

Blender is quite simple to use actually. I use it all the time! You can create low poly and high poly meshes, and it is very easy to export them into Studio. I know it may seem overwhelming at first, with all the buttons everywhere, but there are many tutorials on YouTube that explain how to get started, and the basics of Blender. I think it’s more simple to use overall, and it’s such a powerful tool and good for beginners. I highly recommend you use Blender.
