I am a solo dev, currently working on a simulator type game, but with some aspect of actual low level simulation.
I do programming, building, and user interface for the game, I’m looking for someone to do 3D modelling, since learning it is a big time investment.
I am looking to hire someone for a single purpose. I need a model of a buggy, although a key requirement is that the model is split into many meshes, that would be colored or switched out for a different mesh.
Couple of switchable meshes and texturing of meshes is also part of the work, but we’d talk through that privately, since I’m not entirely sure how many extra meshes and textures could I afford to pay for, since that’s coming out of my pocket. 
All meshes would be a medium poly count, but without many small details - I want it to look smooth, but not with every screw or studs visible.
You’d also be making a model based on my sketches/ mix between real designs, so some original designing would probably be necessary, though I’d try to do as good of a job as possible on my part to make this easier for you.
Now the payment: It’s certainly something we’d discuss privately, but, depending on your skill level, time taken, and, as I mentioned, extra meshes and texturing of the meshes, I’d say that the payment would be around 30-80$ (paypal transfer/invoice), though I would pay after the work is in my possession. If needed, you can contact another modeller that worked for me, and I paid him in a similar fashion, though we’d definitely have to discuss revision policy.
I’m looking mostly for a one-time modeller, though, if we get along great, we could talk about a full-time work and split profit, but as of now, I’ll be paying from my own pocket, since this business is a bit risky and don’t want to leave anyone empty handed.
If you can’t tell, I’m a bit paranoid about someone stealing my ideas, so I’ll probably be very vague about the rest of the game, but I will provide you with more detail about the model I need
