You will be splitting the payment on title on negotiation with our environmental/asset artist.
Digitech South is an Independent Studio looking to develop and expand its operations working with professional developers to create games that push the standards for Roblox quality. We are the studio behind the upcoming Open World Adventure Game - Cannon Mayhem.

Job overview:
Develop stylized maps of the following

Lobby - A visually welcoming city, full of life and greenery. A light atmosphere that includes several interactive buildings blended in for players to interact with. (Shops, sell place, Stable) with an outside area that includes a huge player leaning “Showcase area” (client leaning zoo, detail in Dm).

Arena - Well designed leveling and clean, visually comfortable very small layout, shaped in an arena. A well detailed but small sizing area.

Open World - The most important feature of the game, well designed with creative use of terrain, delicate and medium/large sized area for players to roam in. 5 different Worlds with different lighting and aimed atmosphere for each. Include space for quest/storyline for each world pre-designed and discussed with other developers.
Responsibilities:

Block out and plan out creative World Layout designs

Greyboxing and detailing Building Designs

Discuss and work on variety of Building based on the Roblox Terrain and Environmental Prop

Build Detailed Architectures in Stylized atmosphere

Collaborate with Asset 3D Artist and Environmental artist and discuss what is needed and develop accordingly

Develop visually welcomed and level designed Arenas/Worlds/Lobby with neat coloring/texturing
Traits we look into:

1+ year of experience working as a Builder/3D Artist/Architectural Designer

Strong skill set in C4D, Blender or the equivalent 3D tools

Excellent Communication skills and discussion skills

Good understanding of color theory

Understanding of Design and Design principles

Able to produce assets in both low poly/high poly form

Knowledge of interior and exterior space theory, or other spatial design concepts.

A creative nature, with a desire to solve problems.

Skilled at sketching, and other 2D art skills.
*Compensation will be competitive and negotiable. Detailed at 400 USD + 12% of all revenue from the project, based on your experience. You will be splitting the payment on negotiation with our environmental/asset artist.
