Description
At the moment Cortadó is the largest ‘juice bar’ group on Roblox standing at 20k+ members which we actually just reached this weekend, our current version was built back in March 2020. The group surpassed 20,000 members in just under a year from initial relaunch, with boosts from weekly advertisement investments and affiliates, which personally gave me more hope in the group. The thing is, here exactly a year from when I was appointed Chairman and growing from ~300 to 20k is definitely crazy but the game is really holding Cortadó back. I feel like our current game is very outdated and lacks the uniqueness it once had back last year which is why my team and I have been trying hard to find somebody who’d best suit our needs for this new game project. We’d like to try to deal with the game issue and hopefully get ourselves out of the current situation we’re in with the game being too old and outdated and hopefully hire more experienced team members such as yourself, if interested.
We’d like Cortadó V3 to contain a variety of different areas on the map; our goal is to appeal to a younger demographic/audience as well as professionals who would take Cortadó more seriously. A full concept document is able to be provided, however due to it being strictly classified within the Presidential Team of our community, only authorized development members can gain access at this time. If you were to be hired, you’d without a doubt be given authorization to this. The game has no expected release date, the development process will not be rushed. Everybody in the team will be expected to communicate with Cortadó employees, consider community suggestions, and work well with other project members.
Requirements
(Required) Must have traits:
- Be aged 13 or over, with a Discord account.
- Own a portfolio or previous work(s) you can present.
- Have critical experience in the building field.
- Possess enough time to put into this project.
- Agree to keep all documentation strictly private unless permission to share is granted.
(Not required) Nice to have traits:
- Worked in the development sector of a larger cafe/roleplay community industry before.
- An organised Twitter account displaying previous work(s).
- Experience in both lowpoly and modernistic styles.
- Be able to provide and produce unique assets.
Compensation
A payment ranging between 50,000-80,000 Robux (DevEx friendly) can be compensated via group funds. The base payment agreed on will stick and we may give you a payment raise pending on the outcome of work, and number of assets produced on demand.
