9-Slice not scaling to bounds?

I want the image to be the size of the ImageLabel. Instead, the bar has shrunken to the right a little bit.

I genuinely have no clue as to why this is happening. Do you guys know how to fix this?

Tried a new image and new 9-Slice settings, still have the issue.
