Hey! So I’m currently working on a horror game.
I want this VHS / old camera effect and I want the graphics of an old 90s, early 2000s game.
A good example of the lighting I’m looking for is the game “No Players Online”.
So how do I do this? What settings should I use?

Are you trying to make it look like a tv like you have shown in the photo?
Not sure if this is possible on roblox, but play around maybe you can get something like this, but not the exact same.
No the TV thing is not necessary for me but just the low quality camera effect thingy.
Do i need to use any 3rd party program to make this or? Cause no players online is on roblox so…

Camera Distortion is most likely the tv looking type with borders and combinations of vhs type images
You could try a BlurEffect, then mess with the 4 types of Lighting.Technology and the Lighting settings.
Use Lighting.Compatibility, and add a ColorCorrectionEffect. Then, change the contrast to 0.5. Make every material present in your game set to SmoothPlastic, and use Textures instead of BasePart.Material.
Try adding sharpness to the image or game, try using a VHS gui, and use static guis
