I currently have 9.63 ad credits and I don’t have any robux left is there any way I could advertise or do I need a minimum of 10 ad credits I do belive. Is there anything I could do to possible refund my credits?
Unfortunately Roblox and credits are not refundable it says that when you go to purchase them.

Not right now. You will need to add more credits to your balance before you can use the current credit again. It’s clearly not the best experience, but that’s how it is right now.

You need to buy minimally 10 ad credits (R$ 2850) each time you reload. You cannot buy 1 credit separately.
