Parts and Unions, or Mesh?

In Blender you can select all the faces and go to the Faces dropdown and use the Smooth Faces tool to make it look like all the flat faces are rounded at the edges.
If you want to make sharp edges you can select the Edge tool and select a bunch of edges, then go to the Edge Dropdown and select Mark Sharp and they’ll appear to be a crisp edge.
