absolutely finish it, not sure what it is, but could possibly serve as a train station, or to make a bit of money can let people host events in there.

Looks a bit like Orsay Museum 
It was originally a train station, later on turned into an art museum.
Maybe you could be inspired by it.

I, personally, think you should. it’s great, although it could use a bit more color if you do work on it!
You have a hell of a lot of talent just by looking at this and a build this amazing should never be given up on. You have come so far and a lot of people would like to see this completed. :]
