Hello everyone!

today i logged onto create roblox creations page to look at my groups game and randomly the page refreshs and it shows a black screen with the text

“Application error: a client-side exception has occurred (see browser console for more info).”

so what i do i look in the console and i see this

Expected behavior

i expect to be able to log onto create roblox creations page and will see all my games and group stuff and dev info and stuff.

Hey there, do you have any browser extensions enabled? If you disable all extensions, does the site work again?

ah yes it does! ( the site works )

We generally don’t support using these sites with browser extensions as we don’t control the code. The extension could be doing something in its code that breaks the site on accident.

For our curiosity, what is the extension that breaks the site for you? If the extension is very broadly used by creators, we could contact the owner about it to let them know.

i found out by disabling and enabling my roblox browser extensions and i only have 1 enabled and thats Ro-Pro for firefox.

Hi there, thanks for reporting this! Do you recall when did this start to happen? Trying to understand if one of our recent changes lead up to this issue.
