Exactly what the title says.
I installed Blender a few months ago but everytime i use it, it’s just… blank. Only the x button can be seen (However if i click things randomly and press CTRl + S the save prompt still shows)
I checked the hardware requirements and my PC fits all those requirements so i have no idea what to do.
I gave up on trying to fix it so i’m looking for alternatives.
I tried using 3D Builder but i can’t make more detailed meshes using it.

Drivers or Broken File?
Hmmm, try renewing the drivers. It’s probably them or else try reinstalling.
On top of this, can you provide a screenshot of what exactly you mean by ‘blank’?

Oh wait, it works now.
(Apparently my dad upgraded my PC and didn’t tell me. Guess i should’ve run Blender before posting this)

Oh good, I was going to say, I don’t think there is any other free program as good as blender. And even if you went to get a purchasable program, it may have the same issue.
