would a game inspired by back 4 blood and/or left 4 dead 2 be popular on roblox in any way if the gameplay was thrilling and decently fun?
I made a game called Left 2 Die based on Left 4 Dead. It got somewhat popular but not enough to get a ton of players. Doesn’t make much revenue because there’s not a whole lot of ways to monetize the game without being scummy. We ended up cancelling the game because we don’t like working on a game that’s a complete copy of Left 4 Dead. Left 4 Dead is also very cheap and goes on sale constantly, so making a game for free that’s somewhat like L4D isn’t worth it when people can get much more enjoyment just by buying the actual game.
I’m making a game completely different from it. It won’t be taking much inspiration from it other than the Ai
