you could try shotcut, its tricky and confusing at first but once you get it, its very easy to edit
or you could try davinci resolve the one that i have
If your going to get video editing software, DaVinci Resolve is the best but the minimum requirements is 16GB RAM [8GB works fine] and you need a GPU/iGPU that has more than 2GB of graphics memory.
If you don’t fit those requirements, Windows has a built in video editor in the Photos app but if it isn’t good enough, you can get the classic Windows Movie Maker program if you download Windows Live Essentials 2012 [Microsoft no longer offers this but you can get it off archive.org]
