Wow looks good, but in a way it looks like it has too much effects and it looks overdone, maybe remove the pixel layer and add a logo of Shebzy Studios that would look great, maybe also move the whole group down a bit where the feet of the front row arent showing, so that it doesnt look like they are floating, other than that its great man, good job!
Well, it was intended to be on a plain but I decided to scrap it and focus on what old animes were doing.
inspiration wise? Persona 4 and Bleach (first opening)

I agree with @SoaringDean, it has a little more effects than it needs. Adding on to what he said, I’d shrink all the people, move them up, and add some kind of text with the group name.
