Hello! I’m @Lil_SharkyBoy a Programmer and a 3D Artist on the platform. Your post is really vague and there’s a poor effort back of it, anyway, I have some questions that I would like you to answer me.
The Payment: How you can asure us that we will get payed for making the game? Like, is there any back-up experience you have so you’re more trusthworthy?
Backup Payment: Is there any backup payment? In a scenario where your game doesn’t succes as expected, how you’ll say to the developers “Hey guys, so… Thanks for the job but we are broken with any funds, so… Yeah, thanks for the help, bye!”. For this are the backup payments.
Experience: Why you need experienced Developers? To be honest with your budget won’t attract some good Developers, they are more like for USD or some kinda fair amount of Robux. Not all, but the most of them, yes.
Times: Ummm… Another thing is the time that we will be working, I know this might be dumb, but if you’re gonna make us to work for some time per day, you should pay per hour / time worked than for all the whole project… Or per asset atleast without hours, and self-peaced for the Developer.
Work: What do you need the Developers to do? What assets do you need and what’s the price for them? All of this can be really conflictive with some Developers.

You can’t post for another people, you have broken the DevForum rules. Anyway, you literally doesn’t anwered my questions, and I’m sure is because you don’t know anything about the things I asked.
Not gonna be rude or anything (or a personal attack) but you should know what to answer if they ask.
If I’m being honest 4999 is extremely low for a whole JoJo game, Having watched it and knowing how complex some of the models would be to create I really recommend anyone interested in this looks at the show first.
And also is it 4999 split between the dev team or each dev gets 4999? Because 850 - Almost 5000 is a huge gap and not many people would apply without more context on why it is what it is.
