Welcome to Alcoves’s Public Handbook!

Alcove is a successfully established group on the platform, striving to promote originality. As a group, it’s our top priority to satisfy all our members, and ensure everyone who visits Alcove has the ultimate Juice Bar experience. Alcove is dedicated to serving a wide-range of uniquely prepared drinks and snacks for our guests to enjoy. Ranging from our elaborately trained employees to our innovative in-game features, Alcove continues to offer players a truly remarkable user experience. We are one of the largest Juice Bar groups on Roblox, and hope to continuously expand our group with the support of our thriving community!

The purpose of this handbook is to provide our community members with concepts of the establishment that may be essential for their knowledge. The topics that will be touched upon in this handbook will hopefully provide you with accessible information regarding our operations.

Public Code of Conduct

We have designed our Public Code of Conduct to ensure that all members of our community are protected from any misconduct that can potentially occur within the group. Members who violate these guidelines will receive strict consequences. At Alcove, we have a 0 tolerance policy for any genre of misconduct hence why we decide to ban any users who breach our guidelines. We do not issue warnings/kicks, as we fully believe in completely removing any factors from our group that pose a threat to our community.

Inappropriate Content
If you are granted the ability to be able to post photos, we urge you not to abuse it. Per Discord’s ToS - you are required to mark a channel as NSFW if it were to be used as an NSFW channel. If you don’t see a channel marked as NSFW, which is not probable, simply don’t send NSFW content. The large majority of our server is made up of minors, hence why we stress this.

Promoting Your Services
Advertising in any way whatsoever will not be tolerated, with the exception of our valued alliances. We have a large intolerance to any sort of promotion of service; simply read the purpose of this server. Although we are mostly lenient with this guideline, it is still a guideline you are obligated to adhere to, and collectively; all of our guidelines.

Drama Engagement
We will not condone any sort of drama whatsoever, whether that’s starting or engaging in it. If it is drama, it is to be kept out of our server at all times. We will not take this lightly, especially if you have started it. There are various reasons for Direct Messages and group chats, therefore, we ask for you to bring your drama there. Alcove is a welcoming, friendly, and accepting community, and we will not jeopardize this for starting or engaging in unnecessary drama.

General Disrespect
Disrespect covers a large variety of terms. As aforementioned, Alcove is a welcoming, friendly, and accepting community, and we will not jeopardize that for something as immature as simply not adhering to our basic community guidelines. This includes but is not limited to: invalidating someone (mental health, identification, etc), making fun of someone, etc.

Common Sense
To sum it up, we ask that you just have common sense. Evidently, a large majority of these guidelines are just common sense, so it is crucial that you have common sense at all times in our server.
