All it has done is made it so malicious plugin developers have to obfuscate their script, while killing off legitimate groups on Roblox that relied on closed source modules to handle their game services.

These closed source module communities can use obfuscators themselves. It’s not just the exploiters that can have all the fun.

I totally agree with this, although I think it needs to go through some major changes before coming back. I feel like Roblox needs to implement some way (or algorithm) that looks for backdoors in closed source modules. (before the come back) All the removal of Closed Source Modules did was cause headaches for people.

That last point is not true. It was a boon for developers who have a legitimate need to inspect the ModuleScripts being run on their servers. For example, without access to a backdoor ModuleScript, I wouldn’t have known as much about the exploiting community’s behavior as I do now.
