A strangers model turned into a shoulder UGC accessory

I’ve been interested in the creation of UGC’s and personally I can’t make amazing UGC’s such as the ones on the marketplace.

I’m a big pigeon fan and I’m wondering would I get banned if I was to use someone else’s model and upload as a shoulder accessory on my account without making people pay for the item or just using it for myself or would I have to get permission from the original model owner to use and upload that as an accessory on my account.

Following the law, and Roblox’s TOS and guidelines with UGC. It would be in violation and illegal to upload it as your own without explicit permission from ExtraJackGuests
