A very annoying thing with the loading bar

Hello, I’ve been waiting a long time for the option to post a topic here. There is something very annoying to see that I’m assuming (It might be intentional, but I have no idea) is an error with the 3rd bar of the ‘Loading Place’ popup.

Has anybody else noticed it?

(Note: If I had access to the bug reports section, I would have posted this there.)

It definitely seems to be a slightly odd choice of style. I mean the two other ones appear to be normal.
