Introduction
Hey developers. In the beginning of the year, I started my scripting and development journey on Roblox, and while it has been a blast and I’ve met so many amazing and talented people, certain circumstances have influenced my decision to leave Roblox for good.
However, I want to give something back to the community, because I’ve gotten so much from you all, from tutorials to advice and improvements on designs. So, today, January 1st 2021, I’m going to opensource all of my scripting work that I have been working on for the past year.
What are you giving away?
I have opensourced the following things that I have worked on this year:
-
1 bodyforces flying script with keybinds
-
1 massive placement plugin
-
1 random tool I made for someone’s birthday (I can’t see why anyone would use this, but I suppose it might be good for someone’s learning)
-
1 cornerstone-based build system which consists of
– A custom-made UI that has been scripted and scaled, ready for game use
– The main script that allows for placement of props, which includes placement checks, customization of props, and placing tools
– 50 hand-built props from Blender and Studio, which work with the system, but you can use on their own -
1 simple gun that uses the FastCast module
-
1 random block game
-
1 tool-controlled siren
-
1 half-made obby (I don’t know why you’d want this, but here it is)
-
And 1 scripting place that I used to learn how to script and test things
What these look like
Props for build system
All custom modelled in Studio/Blender. I am not claiming ownership over the textures, they were provided for free.
Random bday tool
Bodyforce flying script
ezTree placement plugin
Conveyor Blox block thing
Tool-controlled siren

What’s the catch?
Well since I am leaving Roblox, I do not want any payment, but I’d greatly appreciate it if you could credit me, or just not claim it as your own (please no sharing these elsewhere, just link this post if someone wants access to them). Also no reselling (If I wanted to have someone profit directly off these, I’d have sold them). But other than that, you may use them in your games, take them apart, learn from them, or even add to them, whatever would make the world a better place
Final notes
I want to thank each and every one of you for all you have done for me and the community. I’m glad I could be a part of this, and I’m somewhat sad that I won’t be able to continue what I have started. And an extra thanks to anyone who creates resources for free or tutorials to help others. I appreciate you.
Ok well I’m gonna go enjoy the day, have a great year everyone and wear those masks!
One last thing, can you tell me what you think?
- Very useful (your game revolves around it)
- Pretty useful (It helps you out)
- Somewhat useful (You can learn from it but won’t use it directly)
- Not too useful (I’ll browse through but won’t use/learn anything)
- Not useful (I won’t even open it)
