Ability to have Space in Display Names

Hello there, I have recently noticed that only accounts located on the United States can include a spaced character in their display names and I would like to report this as a bug here. This feature was added 1 year and 6 months ago and its odd how its still only available for people with their accounts in one of the 50 states

Expected behavior

Inserting a space onto your name should be a feature available in any country, if there was a period that the developers wanted to test the public reaction to these display names it should already be completed at this level.
Another point that enforces my idea is that Japanese characters(Kanji) are still available for any user over the age of 18 to have them in their display username and is available for all the regions I’ve test

Could you edit the title to be more clear?
I believe this is a feature being slowly rolled out to countries.

This is intended behaviour. Spaces were added to usernames to allow users to set their name to their real full name.
