Block trades from a specific user
As a Roblox user, it is difficult to block trades from a specific player without going to block them instead. If you receive a ton of requests from a player (who may be using some kind of trade-spam bot or something, who knows?), it can get really annoying and fill up your requests. This can happen even if your trade filter is set to high.
Why not just block the player then?
Reasonable argument, but there’s a limit on that too. Of course, I haven’t encountered enough people that spam your trades to fill up the whole of the block list but if you combine both the players you might block in game and the people you’re going to block when trading in this situation, you’ll eventually fill it up.
What would it look like?
It would look like the block list (in settings), but to block the player, you can do it from the trades list for ease of use.
Trade Filters, why not use those?
Trade filters work to a certain extent but like mentioned above, people can still spam your trades with things you don’t want, hoping you’ll eventually accept it. Things that are close in value, but are still lowballing your item will pass through the filter (I’m fairly sure), and the only thing you can do is resort to pressing the block button on the user’s profile.
Thanks for reading this suggestion. If it was implemented, it would benefit myself (when I get premium again obviously) and other traders. Again, I’m not 100% sure if other people experience this problem, but I doubt I can be the only person on Roblox with this.
