As a Roblox developer, it is currently impossible to search strings in a language other than English in the Roblox localization suite. If the issue is addressed, the translation process will become easier for translators and personally I remember Russian entries better than the English ones. I know lots of people who would support this idea because they also find lack of this feature troublesome.

I’ll also add that when a user reports bugs/errors in translations they give you the string in the language they see it and it’s usually impossible to find it if it’s in another language without pestering them about its specific location/context.
