Ability to sync up collision group IDs and names between places

Title is pretty clear, Right now it’s very hard to make sure your collision group names and IDs are synced up between places.

Edgeworks relies heavily on Roblox physics and collision groups. It also utilizes a lot of places in the same universe. So if I make a change to how a collision group works in one place, I have to make sure that it syncs up in all the other ones. this is very time consuming, and prone to error.
